When I first started working with Andy my business was in free fall. We were losing cash fast and I wasn’t sure how I was going to stem the tide. We needed to gain control and increase sales dramatically. Just over a year ago, my partner and I went on group coaching with Andy, which was like being on an intensive business course! It became clear from this that there was a great deal of work to do and Andy has been coaching me one-to-one ever since. I’ve also been attending his 90-day Planning for Growth seminars for nearly a year.
I have now gained financial control over the business. I have set up processes to measure where sales leads are coming from and what kind of business is most profitable to the company. We are developing more income streams, more sales leads, more conversions. Our business is thriving and for the first time ever we are profitable.
Andy has helped us to do this by keeping me focused on my goals. He has helped me with methods to manage my time better as well as marketing ideas and feedback, and of course getting on top of cashflow and profit measurement. His constant weekly encouragement is like a boost of energy that has seen me through some difficult moments of ‘peturbation’ as he calls it! He’s also great at celebrating the wins with me! And thanks to him, going forward, I reckon there’ll be fewer of the former and many more of the latter!

Having been successful in sales positions globally for over 10 years I figured I’d heard and done it all before; however I was compelled to meet you after hearing about the great results you were delivering for many of my associates.
