I successfully transformed one agency from an annual turnover of £3 million to a turnover in excess of £30 million, thereby establishing it as the fourth largest recruitment advertising agency in the UK. I then went on to project manage the sale of a £13 million turnover organisation, ensuring that the systems and procedures were robust and the team clearly focussed on making the business highly desirable for the new owner.

Having been instrumental in the sale of two successful businesses, I made the decision join ActionCOACH and I now focus on meeting a significant gap in the market, by assisting owners and senior managers of SMEs to develop and grow their businesses by providing them with mentoring, skills training and self development techniques.

I have studied with and learnt from some of the best Business Mentors in the UK, USA and Australasia.

I now assist business owners and senior executives by giving them a benchmark of where their business is now, in which direction it is heading and the measurement tools to know when it has arrived. It enables them to introduce ideas that will transform their businesses, whilst at the same time giving them the tools to implement that transformation in achievable steps, by working with them to develop a series of strategies that fulfil their overall objectives.
