Introducing Kevin Glynn

Kevin is one of Massachusetts’ leading corporate coaches and business development experts.  He brings 30 years of experience in the areas of sales and marketing, operations, distribution, customer relations, and team building strategies, having operated sales organizations, manufacturing and distribution businesses.  He has worked with a wide variety of corporate clients, his most valuable asset being the understanding of the fundamentals of operating a business and the application of proven methods to increase profits and work wisely.

With a coaching philosophy grounded in the key fundamentals of business and leadership, Kevin specializes in catapulting already accomplished executives and their teams to the next level of personal and professional success.

Kevin challenges leaders to understand every aspect of their company, evaluate what makes them and their organization unique, and leverage the talents of each individual team member.  His top-down approach to coaching has a ripple affect on the entire organization.  When employees see their leaders re-energized and armed with the fundamentals of leadership, teamwork, succession planning, and personal effectiveness, the whole company, and its bottom line, benefits.

As a “lifetime coach” Kevin focuses on building long-term trusting relationships with top leaders and their companies, helping them to successfully align their priorities and maximize their potential.

Kevin’s educational background includes a B.S. in Marketing from Babson College, an MBA from Northeastern University, a Certificate of Advanced Management from Babson College, and the completion of the 29th session of the Owner, President, Management Program, “OPM”, at Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
