3. Experience! I am a native of Colorado and a seasoned, experienced former executive with over 30 years of practical hands on work experience in several major Fortune 500 companies. I managed a staff of over 600 people with multi-million dollar budgets. In each company I worked for there were significant cost reductions, primarily through process and efficiency improvements. I have spent many years focusing on process improvements which when applied to any business can result in increased profitability and effectiveness. A strong financial background translates into being able to understand and explain, in detail, the various financial statements to my clients. Resulting in clients able to focus on the numbers that drive the business. One of my recent clients was able to double the price of their business they were trying to sell after working with ActionCOACH. 

4.  I am extremely community minded and I believe in giving back as much as possible. Because of this drive I am active in my local community which includes serving on many local Boards of Directors.     

5.      Balance is very important in my life and I enjoy relaxing weekends with my family on my boat on the lakes of Colorado. Family will always come first and I have a  strong need to assist those less fortunate. I enjoy a multitude of different hobbies including wine tasting, boating, golfing, fly fishing, camping and cooking. I believe that taking actions with high ethics and integrity are very important attributes to being successful in life and business.
