"Life altering" is how I would describe Stuart's coaching. When my business partner and I began we were both working 75 hour / 6 day weeks. 7 months after coaching began my business partner has "retired" to pursue other interests & I'm working 10 - 14 hours a week.

Sales are up by 50% & profits close to 100%. We also have a large advertising budget and what Stuart showed us in relation to advertising improved its effectiveness by 45%.

 

Recruitment was a nightmare. Prior to coaching, our longest serving employee lasted 28 days. We couldn't get good staff. Now we have a talented team of people who are still with us.

"A Business Coach!", "You've got to be joking!", "How much?!". Sceptical and disbelieving was my response to my husband's decision to hire a business coach.

 

Six months on I have to admit that Stuart has made a significant difference. With his guidance, encouragement and strategies sales are now consistently 80% higher not to mention our profit which has exceeded all our expectations.

 

I now find myself more motivated and confident about our future for both our business and personal goals.

 

NB: The Southgates have recently purchased an additional business and semi-retired 7 years ahead of their goal when coaching began.

 

  

  

 

I've reduced the time I work from 52 hours per week to just 28 since I started coaching with Stuart. 

 

We implemented a 12 month marketing calendar, strategies to get people coming back and a referral program. Our advertising and direct mail are much more effective and now the phone "rings itself off the hook".
